Senior AEM Product Manager

Summary

The job is for a Senior AEM Product Manager working remotely from Latin America for US clients at Nearsure. The role involves leading the end-to-end digital experience, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ Years of experience working with Product Management
• 3+ Years of experience working with AEM
• Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons

Responsibilities

• Lead Planning: Translate strategy into product roadmap, define key product success metrics, develop an experimentation plan, collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead the planning, scoping, and prioritization for your product
• Drive Execution: Deliver seamless digital user experiences across touchpoints, gather, prioritize, define, and translate requirements into executable epics and features, manage and own the product lifecycle end-to-end
• Head Communication: Be the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, establish and maintain relationships with Product Managers across all scrum teams, create and maintain documentation, represent the team with partners and senior company leaders
