Summary
Join TechBiz Global as a Senior Affiliate & IB Channel Manager and lead the global Introducing Broker (IB), affiliate, and partnership network. This strategic role demands driving growth, performance, and revenue generation, particularly in APAC and LATAM. You will build relationships, execute campaigns, and coordinate cross-functionally. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in affiliate/IB management within the Forex, CFD, or Crypto space and understands SaaS distribution models. You will own the IB & Partnership Channel, recruit and onboard partners, manage performance, collaborate across departments, execute campaigns, enable partners, and oversee processes and compliance. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing IBs, affiliates, or partners in relevant industries.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing IBs, affiliates, or partners in the Forex, CFD, or Crypto industries
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, trading ecosystems, and partnership revenue models
- Experience working with or promoting SaaS-based financial solutions is a strong plus
- Proven track record of building, scaling, and optimizing partner programs
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work across departments and manage multiple stakeholders
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
Responsibilities
- Own the IB & Partnership Channel: Lead the strategy, performance, and revenue growth of the global IB and affiliate network
- Recruit & Onboard Partners: Identify, recruit, and onboard new IBs, affiliates, and agents. Negotiate terms, payout models, and partnership agreements
- Performance Management: Set KPIs, monitor partner activity, analyze performance data, and drive optimization strategies to exceed channel targets
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, marketing, legal, and finance teams to align partnership operations—handling everything from agreements to payment workflows
- Campaign Execution: Propose and manage regional marketing campaigns, custom landing pages, promotional banners, and partner bonuses
- Partner Enablement: Develop onboarding toolkits, training materials, and product knowledge assets to ensure partners are well-equipped for success
- Process & Compliance Oversight: Maintain structured partner records, manage reporting dashboards, oversee performance tracking, and support compliance efforts
- Process Management: Create and implement efficient, scalable workflows for all partnership-related operations
- SaaS Channel Development: Build strategic relationships with integrators and technology partners to expand distribution of SaaS-based financial products
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of affiliate platforms, CRM tools, and partner management systems
- Understanding of regional market dynamics in APAC and LATAM
- Ability to create scalable growth models and execute channel strategies independently
- Familiarity with legal frameworks and compliance requirements in partner contracts and promotion
