Summary
Join SentinelOne, a leading cybersecurity company, as a Staff Engineer specializing in agentic systems. You will design, develop, and deploy sophisticated agent-based systems based on provided functional specifications. Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts and cross-functional teams to ensure the effectiveness of agentic solutions. Identify and evaluate appropriate agent frameworks and technologies. Ensure the scalability, security, and maintainability of developed systems. Continuously research emerging trends in agentic systems. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years with agent-based platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 3 years working specifically on agent-based and/or automation platforms
- Working experience on the Workato platform
- Excellent programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, Go, or similar
- Demonstrated expertise with agent frameworks, AI-driven architectures, and autonomous decision-making technologies
- Proven ability to interpret functional specifications and effectively translate them into technical designs
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy sophisticated agent-based systems based on provided functional specifications
- Collaborate with BSAs and cross-functional teams to ensure clarity, feasibility, and effectiveness of agentic solutions
- Identify and evaluate appropriate agent frameworks, technologies, and methodologies for implementation
- Ensure the scalability, security, and maintainability of developed systems
- Continuously research emerging trends and technologies in agentic systems to inform future developments

- AWS marketplace integration experience
- Some working knowledge in the go to market / order management domain
