Requirements
- AI/ML Engineer with a strong product mindset: you have 5+ years of experience developing and shipping AI-driven applications, with hands-on experience integrating LLMs and predictive models into real-world products
- Strong software engineering skills: you write clean, scalable Python code and are comfortable working with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud-based infrastructure (AWS preferred)
- Proven experience with AI-driven automation: youβve built and deployed LLMs, NLP models, or predictive systems to power automation, intelligent recommendations, or workflow optimization
- Comfortable with modern NLP techniques: you have experience with few-shot prompting, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or text-based ML models and can evaluate trade-offs between different approaches
- Data-driven and pragmatic: you balance ML complexity with real-world usability
- Collaborative and mission-driven: you thrive in cross-functional environments, working with clinicians, engineers, and product teams to turn AI into meaningful, real-world solutions

Responsibilities

- Leverage LLMs and predictive models: integrate both prebuilt LLMs and custom machine learning models to generate insights, automate routine workflows, and improve decision-making
- Ship AI-powered products: work closely with product and engineering teams to build scalable, production-ready AI features that seamlessly integrate into clinical workflows
- Optimize AI-driven interventions: improve task prioritization, patient outreach, and adherence interventions through data-driven intelligence
- Collaborate across teams: partner with ML engineers, data scientists, clinicians, and product managers to align AI development with business and clinical needs
- Own technical execution: establish best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and iteration, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and continuous learning
