Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
• Experience with machine learning, deep learning, or NLP frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, especially Azure Machine Learning and related services
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Familiarity with Generative AI technologies such as LLMs, prompt engineering, or tools like Azure OpenAI, LangChain, or GPT-based APIs
• Experience deploying models to cloud-based environments (e.g., AKS, Azure Functions)
• Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools (e.g., MLflow, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
• You will need excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication with the team
• We're looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in similar roles

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI models and intelligent applications using tools and frameworks in the Azure ecosystem (e.g., Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration into products and services
• Develop data pipelines and preprocess data for model training and inference
• Evaluate and fine-tune AI/ML models for accuracy, performance, and scalability
• Monitor and maintain AI models in production environments
• Contribute to POCs and prototyping efforts involving GenAI models (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face Transformers)
• Document technical designs, workflows, and implementation processes

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with data engineering tools (Databricks, Azure Data Factory) is a plus
