Summary

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in full-stack engineering, including large-scale product development
- Strong expertise in backend technologies such as Python, Java, or C#
- Proven hands-on experience embedding AI into SaaS applications
- Deep knowledge of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate), hybrid search, and RAG pipelines
- Proficiency in designing prompt templates and semantic agents
- Familiarity with Langchain frameworks and MLOps best practices
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI capabilities, including RAG architectures, agentic frameworks, and semantic search, into SaaS applications
- Build, deploy, and scale LLMs and SLMs in production environments
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop microservices and expose them as APIs
- Define and maintain vector store schemas, embedding orchestration, and prompt engineering strategies
- Ensure performance, scalability, and security of AI-powered services in compliance with enterprise-grade standards
- Contribute to the delivery of high-quality code through documentation, communication, and agile development practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in the GovTech sector or on projects with high security, compliance, or regulatory requirements
- Familiarity with court or legal workflow automation platforms
- Contributions to open-source AI projects or publications in the field of applied AI
- Experience with document processing pipelines (e.g., parsing, chunking, vectorizing)
- Background in MLOps (CI/CD for ML, model monitoring, retraining pipelines)
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) for scalable AI deployments
- A strong product mindset and ability to collaborate closely with Product and Design teams
