Senior AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Experiment quickly, applying modern AI techniques to a range of different problem areas to find where we should be investing our effort
• Create, prioritise and manage a roadmap of initiatives that will significantly move the needle on our strategic objectives
• Create deliverables which can be easily integrated into our product, suggest great off-the-shelf tooling that reduces maintenance burden and monitor results on an ongoing basis
• Manage the risk of AI tools, including accuracy and alignment concerns
• Understand our business, our students, and our content, allowing you to use your judgement to make autonomous decisions
• Collaborate across teams to identify, prioritise, solve problems iteratively

Preferred Qualifications

• In-depth experience of building products based around LLMs or other generative AI
• Experience with the operational side of AI, hosting and maintaining models
• Experience with web development, we use TypeScript, Next.js, React, Express, Postgres
• Experience in the EdTech space or in Education in general
