Requirements

• Have an MS (PhD preferred) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field
• Possess practical experience with the latest advancements in Large Language Models (LLM) and generative AI, including parameter-efficient fine-tuning, instruction fine-tuning, advanced prompt engineering, and Agent technology
• Demonstrate deep technical knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning architectures, such as Transformers, training methodologies, and optimization techniques
• Have intermediate to advanced experience in Azure Databricks
• Be comfortable with asynchronous collaboration and working across time zones
• Have experience working effectively with software engineering teams and mentoring other scientists
