Senior AI/ML Engineer

Summary

Join DuploCloud's AI Growth Team as an AI/ML Developer! Contribute to the company's growth by developing AI solutions for our customers. Collaborate with internal teams and customers to collect requirements and troubleshoot issues. Leverage your expertise in LLMs, RAG, and chatbot development. This role requires 5+ years of experience in Python development and AI/ML applications, along with strong knowledge of cloud providers' LLMs and DevOps experience. Requirements

• 5+ years of demonstrated ability as a Python developer
• 5+ years of demonstrated ability working on AI/ML use cases
• Experience working with both customers and internal teams to collect requirements, troubleshoot issues, and identify new uses cases
• Strong knowledge of LLMs provided by Cloud Providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong knowledge of LLMs provided by private companies (open.ai, Anthropic, etc)
• Strong knowledge of RAG
• Strong knowledge of building AI based chatbots and incorporating Agent/Assistant capabilities into the chatbot
• Previous DevOps experience
• Previous AWS experience

Responsibilities

• Develop AI solutions for DuploCloud's customers
• Collaborate with internal teams (Onboarding, Operations) and customers
• Collect requirements from customers and internal teams
• Troubleshoot issues and identify new use cases
• Work with executives and technical audiences
• Give and receive feedback
• Interpret sophisticated problem statements and develop simple solutions

Preferred Qualifications

Some programming background, preferably C# .NET
