Senior AI/ML Engineer

Summary

Nansen is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to enhance its platform's capabilities by developing and monitoring AI models for analyzing blockchain data. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stay updated on the latest developments in AI/ML and blockchain technologies, and have experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an AI/ML Engineer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful AI/ML projects
• Expertise in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and programming languages such as Python
• Familiarity with modern AI models, APIs, and SDKs (e.g. OpenAI, LLMs)
• An ability to work full-stack with data; some data engineering experience is a big plus
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large, complex data sets
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote work environment across multiple time zones
• A passion for blockchain, crypto, and Web3 technologies

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and use of AI/ML models to process and analyze blockchain data, ensuring high performance and scalability
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to integrate AI/ML models into Nansen's platform, enhancing its analytical capabilities and improving user experience
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI/ML and blockchain technologies, applying innovative approaches to solve complex challenges
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in AI/ML development across the team
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align AI/ML initiatives with business objectives and customer needs
