Summary

Join our team as a Business Intelligence Analyst to coordinate with product managers and teams, leverage various DOE methodologies, and analyze financial data to identify possible gaps on revenue forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with product managers, marketing, and CRM teams
• Leverage various DOE methodologies to customize test set-up for experiments
• Utilize tools including Hadoop, SQL/SQL Server, Python or R
• Analyze financial data and identify possible gaps on revenue forecasts
• Suggest any changes to improve performance based on deep experience and knowledge of historic practices
• Apply knowledge and historical context of how app users have reacted to changes in the user interface over time
• Research issues about customer behavior/changes by analyzing relevant metrics and trends
• Study and compare long-term trends over time in user behavior for changes as we introduce new features, experiences, and services to our customers
• Perform incremental analysis to safeguard against any potential cannibalistic impact of new features on existing features
• Design questionnaires for users and support member market research by designing questionnaires and analyzing the results
• Analyze customers’ reactions to price changes
• Utilize knowledge of demographic impacts on behavior and conversion of users and predict how users react to a variety of stimuli based on their age, gender, or country
• Work with multicurrency products with a clear understanding of the challenges and opportunities multicurrency products create for the company
