Summary

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in supply chain or operations
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (intermediate level)
  • Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite experience is a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively via email, chat, phone, and in person

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and improve existing inventory control processes, developing new procedures as needed
  • Support the Supply Chain team by providing essential inventory-on-hand reports for processes such as Demand and Supply Planning
  • Oversee daily Sales Order processing to ensure smooth operations
  • Manage ERP system maintenance and network-wide inventory exceptions, including negative on-hand balances, past-due goods receipts, and shipping audits
  • Provide training and tools to cross-functional teams to enhance inventory control practices
  • Assist the pharmacy network with daily inventory challenges and ad hoc requests
  • Develop actionable reporting based on inventory exceptions to drive continuous improvement
  • Lead the pharmacy cycle count process and generate reports on shrink, accuracy, and variance to identify areas for optimization
  • Conduct regular stockroom audits to maintain system accuracy
  • Support end-of-month reporting requirements for the Accounting team
  • Participate in annual physical inventories at pharmacy and warehouse locations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience collaborating with Finance and Accounting teams
  • Hands-on experience with physical inventory management
  • Background in a pharmacy-related environment
