Requirements

• Be an Android developer with 5+ years of experience, primarily in Kotlin
• Be a Google Ad Manager expert, with 3+ years of hands-on experience integrating and managing ad SDKs
• Be passionate about creating user-respectful ad experiences that don’t compromise performance or design
• Be a team-first leader—comfortable mentoring peers and representing engineering in cross-functional discussions
• Be self-driven and able to take projects from concept to launch independently

Responsibilities

• Own ad delivery on Android—implement and optimize ad units across the app using Google Ad Manager (GAM)
• Build innovative monetization features in collaboration with AdOps and Product to maximize advertiser value and minimize user friction
• Triage and solve performance bottlenecks related to ad SDKs and rendering
• Architect clean, modular ad systems that integrate naturally into our user experience
• Lead and mentor across the Android team, setting a high bar for quality and craftsmanship
