Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in software testing and/or development
- 2+ years of experience on AWS stack
- 2+ years of experience on creating and maintain the automation framework for API testing
- Software development/scripting skills in Py
- Familiarity with AWS cloud platforms and their services related to API development and testing
- Familiarity with testing frameworks like Pytest
- Strong knowledge of RDBMS and NoSQL databases
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Strong hands-on experience with automation of APIs using SOAPUI/Rest Assured or other API automation frameworks
- Experience working with Jenkins to build CI/CD pipeline
- Excellent software troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills with product and development teams to ensure the highest test coverage possible
Responsibilities
- Prepare test cases
- Test data and test conditions
- Execute test cases
- Capture and report results using approved tracking tools
- Manage defects from inception to resolution
- Coordinate user acceptance testing activities with product owners
