Senior AQA Engineer

Summary

Join our team as a Senior Automation QA Engineer and be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated testing solutions. You will design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts, identify and prioritize test cases for automation, and collaborate with developers to resolve defects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 5 years of experience in software automated testing, and strong knowledge of automation frameworks and tools. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Software Automated Testing
• Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and tools such as Cypress, Selenium or Appium
• Proficient in one or more programming languages such as Java or JavaScript
• Strong understanding of software testing best practices and methodologies
• Good knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) tools such as Jenkins or GitLab
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills with proven fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts
• Identify and prioritise test cases for automation
• Develop and execute automated test plans and cases, ensuring adequate coverage of functional and non-functional requirements
• Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve defects
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in testing processes and tools
• Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle, from design to deployment
