Summary

Join Fortitude Re as a Senior Associate, Employee Enablement and develop enterprise solutions using Microsoft technologies like Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and SharePoint Online. You will design, develop, and implement solutions to automate business processes, collaborate with stakeholders, analyze existing systems, and create comprehensive documentation. Responsibilities include providing technical support, developing Power BI reports, performing ETL processes, and ensuring data accuracy. You will also train team members and stay current with the latest technologies. This remote role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform. A Microsoft certification is preferred.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in developing and implementing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI and Power Automate
  • Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to map them into technical solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents
  • Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, VBScript, and PowerShell
  • Proven experience in developing Power BI reports and dashboards
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of SQL and relational databases
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time, task and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Automate to automate business processes with integrated workflows
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Analyze existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for automation and optimization
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for all developed solutions
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 and Power Automate solutions
  • Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards as needed for business processes
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
  • Optimize Power BI data models and reports for performance
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting solutions
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in Dynamics 365 and Power Automate technologies
  • Train and mentor team members and end users on Dynamics 365, Power BI and Power Automate best practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics/Power Platform Developer Associate or equivalent certification, preferred
  • Experience with SDLC and DevOps practices and tools, preferred
  • Experience with creating visualizations for dashboard reporting, preferred
  • Experience with Azure services, GitHub and integrations, preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI, including data transformation, data modeling, and DAX queries, preferred
  • Knowledge of solutions architecture, data modeling and database design principles, preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role in the finance or insurance industry, preferred
