Senior Backend Developer

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Golang
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Java
• 3–5 years of experience with SQL and database design
• Experience testing REST APIs using Postman, JMeter, or similar tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English (international team collaboration)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Golang and Java
• Build and test RESTful APIs that support scalable business operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver backend solutions
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews and apply best practices in backend development
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and staging environments
• Support CI/CD efforts and maintain service reliability

Preferred Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Omni Channel / Retail domains
• 3–5 years of Production Support experience
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
