Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience building and delivering enterprise-grade applications using an object-oriented language
  • Solid experience with .NET Framework and ASP.NET (we don’t count years here—just skill)
  • Strong hands-on experience with MVC, Web API frameworks (ASP.NET or similar), and RESTful APIs
  • Familiarity with ORM frameworks like Entity Framework, NHibernate, or similar
  • Proficiency in relational database design and SQL querying
  • Deep understanding of SOLID principles and how to apply them in real-world projects
  • Solid testing chops—unit, integration, API, and performance testing are part of your flow
  • A strong communicator with great interpersonal skills—able to work with teams across geographies and disciplines
  • Focused on writing maintainable, testable, well-crafted code using design patterns and best practices
  • Passionate about clean code and craftsmanship (TDD, BDD, Calisthenics—we speak your language)

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive product features from technical design to delivery, collaborating closely with Product, QA, and other stakeholders
  • Tackle tech debt head-on—identify weak spots and propose real, scalable solutions
  • Write clean, testable, and high-performance code that follows our internal standards and makes future-you proud
  • Contribute to milestones by ensuring every piece of code meets our Definition of Done (DoD)
  • Share technical ideas and solutions in a way that’s easy for the whole team to understand and rally around
  • Stay curious—research and test new tools, frameworks, and strategies to keep our stack modern and efficient

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SharePoint and Office 365 development
  • DevOps experience and CI/CD mindset
  • Familiarity with OAuth, OpenID, and modern authentication protocols
  • Experience with GraphQL APIs
  • Knowledge of NoSQL databases (e.g., document-based or key-value stores)
  • Exposure to Microservices or Modular Monolith architecture
  • Understanding of advanced architectural patterns (DDD, Onion, Hexagonal, Ports & Adapters, CQRS)
  • Experience with cloud-native applications and Azure cloud services
  • Familiarity with event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)
  • Experience working with containerized applications (Docker)
