Senior Backend Developer

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in full stack development, with proficiency in both front-end and Back-end technologies
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Flutter, fire-base functions/hosting/fire-store, Typescript, JavaScript (Node.js), Java, or Mongo DB, including working on Docker container
• Experience with modern web frameworks/libraries such as React or Angular,or Vue.js, or similar
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
• The developer has to have self management skills and should be capable of solving problems on their own without the need of neither support nor supervision
• At least Upper-Intermediate level of English

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications and software solutions using modern technologies and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure successful project delivery
• Lead technical discussions and provide guidance to junior developers
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability of applications
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our development processes and offerings
• Utilize AI and machine learning techniques to enhance the functionality and intelligence of our web applications and software solutions
• Explore and implement AI-driven features to improve user experience, automate processes, and provide intelligent insights
