• Exceptional Node/JavaScript skills
• Familiarity with microservices architecture
• Experience in developing a complex platform
• Familiarity with Peer-to-Peer technologies
• Good experience interacting with databases (MySQL, MongoDB)
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies
• Good understanding of security practices

Responsibilities

• Develop Tether backend components
• Work on creating innovative new features using agile methodologies
• Ensure all backend services remain smooth, responsive, and real-time for customers as the platform scales
• Build services and core processes with highest security principles and standards to protect user safety

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with blockchain integration
• Comfortable with high-availability concepts
• Ruby, Rust or C++ skills are a plus
