Senior Backend Engineer

Requirements

• Studies in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Proficient in C# for backend development
• Strong knowledge of SQL, including database design and query optimization
• Experience working with AWS and cloud-based architectures
• Familiarity with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code
• Knowledge of Snowflake for data warehousing and analytics
• Experience with SQL Server and database administration
• Excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication with the team
• 5+ years of experience in similar roles

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using C# and SQL, ensuring high performance and scalability
• Build and optimize cloud-native solutions using AWS
• Handle complex data migrations and transformations across multiple systems
• Rebuild and enhance system integrations with various internal and external platforms
• Contribute to the development of reporting and analytics solutions, leveraging Snowflake and related technologies
• Work independently in a dynamic environment, solving technical challenges with minimal oversight
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to deliver high-quality solutions
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, continuously improving development processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to React/TypeScript, with the ability to contribute to frontend tasks if needed
• Experience with Python for scripting, automation, or data processing is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
