Requirements

• Have 5+ years of experience in Java development
• Be proficient in Java programming language and related technologies

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java-based software solutions for human resources management systems
• Collaborate with a team of developers to design, implement, and test new features and functionalities
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Troubleshoot and debug existing code to resolve issues and improve performance
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Java technologies and best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience with Spring Framework
• Have experience with Microservices architecture
• Have experience with Agile development methodologies
