Requirements

• Demonstrated proficiency in one or more strongly typed backend languages, experience with Typescript and Python valued
• Proven track record of building and scaling high-availability, secure backend systems
• Experience with DevOps practices, preferably in a Google Cloud Platform environment
• Proficiency in containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Fluent spoken and written English language skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable backend APIs to support the functionality of Jasper AI's applications and systems
• Collaborate with the research team to seamlessly bring AI models into production on our inference platform
• Continuously enhance the performance and efficiency of our backend systems to meet the growing needs of our business and user base
• Implement comprehensive testing and monitoring protocols to ensure the reliability and security of our backend architecture
• Work within cross-functional teams to define, design, and launch new features that enhance the Jasper AI experience
• Proactively contribute to the evolution of our backend systems' architecture to support scalability and innovation
