Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience building backend systems in production environments
  • Strong proficiency in Go, with experience building scalable web services
  • Solid understanding of database design, SQL, and data modeling best practices
  • Experience with API design and working closely with frontend teams
  • Familiarity with distributed systems concepts and performance optimization
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in complex technical domains
  • Collaborative mindset and experience working in cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and data models that support new product features and platform capabilities
  • Implement database schemas, migrations, and ensure data integrity across our persistence layer
  • Collaborate with frontend and product engineers to design APIs that enable seamless user experiences
  • Work with senior engineers to contribute to architectural decisions that improve system reliability and performance
  • Write clean, well-tested code and participate in code reviews to maintain engineering quality
  • Partner with PMs and designers to break down complex product requirements into technical implementations
  • Help improve our development processes and contribute to engineering best practices

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in fintech, legaltech, or other high-trust domains with complex data requirements
