Summary

Join Deel's Infra Engineering team and contribute to building a platform for product teams to ship business value faster. As a member of this unique team, you'll work on the edge between DevOps and engineering, enforcing standards and best practices, creating tooling, maintaining internal libraries, providing architectural guidance, and owning high-loaded core services.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in engineering
  • Strong node.js knowledge
  • AWS or similar cloud experience
  • Kubernetes, Helm and Docker knowledge
  • Experience with Postgres/Mysql, RabbitMq/Nats/Kafka
  • Strong system design and problem solving skills, we often deal with the “unknown”
  • Strong communication skills, we often need to orchestrate projects with 20+ teams
  • You are hands-on troubleshooter
  • You are ready for challenges

Responsibilities

  • Be a part of a truly cross-functional team
  • Participate in product planning (From discovery all the way to deployment); We want your input at all stages of the Software Development Lifecycle!
  • Collaborate! Our teams work together to develop robust new features, API’s, continuously improve our industry-leading products and find and fix any bugs at Deel Speed
  • Ensure our customers receive a white-glove experience with our products!
