• Develop a comprehensive technical migration plan involving data ingestion, transformation, storage, and access control using Azure Data Factory and data lake solutions
• Build scalable and reusable frameworks for efficient data ingestion
• Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data pipeline by implementing robust validation and cleansing mechanisms
• Work with event-based and streaming technologies for real-time data processing
• Provide technical leadership and support, addressing technical challenges and guiding the team during migration and post-migration phases
• Stay current with advancements in cloud computing, data engineering, and analytics technologies to recommend best practices and industry standards for data lake implementations
