Senior Blockchain Developer

Summary

Join NearForm's team of consultants as a Senior Blockchain Developer in a contract position based in Brazil. You will work directly with clients on impactful projects, leveraging your expertise in software engineering and Web3/Blockchain. Responsibilities include designing and building blockchain systems using Golang, supporting system development and maintenance, optimizing application performance, and collaborating with internal and client teams. This role requires extensive experience in software engineering, blockchain technologies, and Golang. Requirements

• Proficient communication in English (oral and written) and excellent communication skills
• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering in an high-quality agile environment
• 2+ years of professional experience with Blockchain (managing wallets, signings, submitting transactions, swapping services, smart contracts, etc)
• Deep understanding of server-side code, with extensive experience developing in Golang
• Deep understanding of Web3 and Blockchain
• Experience with Blockchain technologies such as Solana (ideally) or Cardano Ethereum, Avalanche, and BNB
• Experience with Finance and Decentralised finance (DeFi)

Responsibilities

• Design & build Blockchain systems and integrations using Golang
• Support system design, development, and maintenance and taking responsibility for personal technical quality standards within the project team
• Assist with defining structured practices, especially in source code management, building, and deployment
• Design and implement data storage solutions
• Optimize performance in applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Get feedback from users and clients, and build solutions for them
• Assist with the analysis of client requirements
• Work with and support Technical Leaders in project execution and timely delivery
• Collaborate with internal and client teams
