Requirements

• At least three years of software development experience
• A solid foundation with Rust
• Hands-on experience with Solana smart contract and its ecosystem
• Ability to write robust, highly efficient, reliable code
• Familiar with Java and related technologies
• BSc in Computer Science, Math, or similar

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects and software engineers to design scalable and secure blockchain architectures that meet business and technical requirements, and conduct code review for peers
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Rust/Solidity, test, deploy contract to blockchain
• Write and maintain java project
• Design high reliability services that can withstand large fluctuations in traffic
• Monitor our backend performance, identify performance bottlenecks, and find ways to reliably resolve them
• Collaborate effectively with other staff to solve complex problems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with web3 LSD and Solana spl-stake-pool is a big plus
• Experience with Solidity is a big plus
