Senior Blockchain Engineer

Summary

Join Seedify as a Blockchain Developer to design, implement, and support smart contracts across multiple blockchains. Responsibilities include working with Ethereum development frameworks, understanding NFT platforms, leading backend services, conducting code reviews, collaborating with developers, troubleshooting, implementing security measures, staying abreast of emerging technologies, maintaining documentation, and providing technical leadership.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Ethereum and other major blockchains like, BSC, Polygon, Avalanche, Fantom etc
• At least 1 year of experience in writing Solana smart contracts
• Proficient in back end development with Typescript / Javascript for back end REST APIs
• Experience with NoSQL and SQL databases, and REST API best practices
• Interest on Web3 ecosystem, wallets & transactions, IDOs & ICOs, DeFi (staking, farming, liquidity pools), omnichain
• Experience working on a user-centric product development environment
• Technical leadership experience in mentoring and coaching other developers

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support smart contracts and related security across various blockchains
• Work within Ethereum development frameworks such as Truffle, Hardhat, and Ganache local blockchain
• Work with token standards such as ERC20, ERC721, ERC1155, etc
• Analyse requirements, design and implement smart contract logic around different business models
• Build and launch new features on multiple blockchain networks
• Lead the development and maintenance of backend services using Node.js , TypeScript, and JavaScript
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Collaborate closely with developers in the team to integrate smart contract logic
• Troubleshoot and debug applications, providing effective solutions to ensure minimal downtime
• Implement robust security measures in smart contracts, ensuring smooth auditing
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, and apply this knowledge to improve existing systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Web3 ecosystem and blockchain
• Experience with payment platforms / providers or similar high risk environments
• Understanding of AWS infrastructure and infrastructure as code
