Summary

Binariks is seeking a part-time Senior Business Analyst with insurance experience to join their solution group. The role involves leading pre-sales phases, conducting workshops, analyzing business processes, enhancing the expertise of the solution group, and designing solutions. Requirements include proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, 1+ year of experience in insurance domain, solid expertise in the discovery stage, ability to translate business needs into software and operational requirements, strong communication skills, and upper-intermediate level of English. Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• 1+ year of experience in insurance domain
• Solid expertise in the discovery stage of the project
• Ability to translate business needs into software and operational requirements
• Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English

Responsibilities

• Leading pre-sales and discovery phases from a BA perspective
• Taking a proactive role in engaging with potential clients during the pre-sales phase, understanding their needs, and showcasing the business analysis capabilities
• Contributing to proposal development, providing insights into how the BA process can add value to the client's business objectives
• Leading workshops
• Conducting workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand pain points, and facilitate discussions that lead to a comprehensive understanding of business needs
• Analyzing the current state of the business processes
• Enhancing Solution Group Expertise
• Staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in the insurance landscape to continually enhance the expertise of the solution group
• Sharing insights and knowledge with the team to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Designing solutions
• Driving client and the team towards defining requirements and conceptual solutions
• Facilitating communication and collaboration between stakeholders to define conceptual solutions that meet business objectives
• Creating concise and clear documentation summarizing the results of business analysis activities
• Presenting findings and proposed solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a way that is understandable and aligned with business goals
