Senior Business Analyst

Summary

Join our team as a Senior Business Analyst/Requirements Engineer and contribute to implementing a data space platform, gathering and specifying requirements for business process implementation.

Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer with strong knowledge of data spaces (e.g., Gaia-X, EDC)
• English proficiency
• Experience in regulated, public, or EU-driven environments
• Knowledge of Java, BPMN 2.0, UML, agile development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
• Experience managing requirements analysis in an agile context
• Experience with Gitlab, Confluence, Jira

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and align requirements in an agile environment, creating user stories in Jira
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to analyze and document business requirements for data spaces
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to achieve project objectives
• Provide ongoing project support and maintain comprehensive documentation in Jira and Confluence
• Ensure solutions meet specified requirements, working closely with QA teams
