Join Envato as a Senior Business Analyst to contribute to the Search and Content Domain. This floating role involves shaping solutions across three interconnected product teams, focusing on search, browse, and asset assessment experiences. You will partner with Product Managers, conduct in-depth analysis, and act as a bridge between teams to enhance the customer experience. Requirements

• A product-centric Business Analyst comfortable with various levels of abstraction, from strategy to detailed requirements
• Proven ability to identify dependencies between teams and facilitate solution options
• Excited by fast-paced technology, new AI tools, spotting opportunities, and leveraging cutting-edge tech
• Naturally curious and able to dig deeper to understand problems
• Skilled at identifying and navigating dependencies across multiple teams and systems
• Takes a product and customer-centric approach to business analysis
• Able to drive alignment across different teams and stakeholders

• A strong facilitator who can build shared understanding across cross-functional groups

Responsibilities

• Facilitating solution design activities across multiple teams
• Identifying service, system, and team dependencies, and critical paths
• Exploring a broad range of potential solutions with product development teams
• Supporting opportunity assessment, problem understanding, preliminary concept development, and facilitating cross-team discovery sessions
• Validating requirements with stakeholders and customers, and managing key dependencies between teams and systems
• Assisting with solution refinement during implementation and helping to resolve cross-team dependencies
