Senior Business Analyst

Summary

Join Nagarro, a global digital product engineering company, and collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements. Analyze data to identify trends and patterns, develop business process models, and propose technical and process solutions. Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions, communicate findings to stakeholders, and create detailed documentation. Participate in testing and validation, identify opportunities for process improvement, and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, knowledge of SDLC, and familiarity with Agile methodologies. Excellent communication and writing skills are essential.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the Business Analysis field
• Skills to solve problems without supervision
• Knowledge of SDLC, the role will require drawing IT solutions and Business Processes
• A hands-on approach and creativity, think out of the box
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (sprints, backlog management, etc.)
• A positive and flexible attitude with great collaboration skills
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English

• Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions
• Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts
