Summary

The job is for a Product-Focused Technical Business Analyst at SimplePay, a fast-growing B2B SaaS company. The role involves specifying new features and system updates, conducting research for product improvements, and assisting with the scoping and execution of epics and larger projects.

Requirements

• A minimum of five years experience in a similar role, ideally working with B2B SaaS products
• A solid grasp of what makes a great user experience
• At least some understanding of APIs, databases, and object orientation concepts
• Experience within a high-performance team
• Exemplary written communication skills and attention to detail
• First language or highly proficient level of English
• Self-driven and organised
• Strong orientation towards continuous learning
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Able to navigate ambiguity and complexity
• Strong leadership and facilitation skills
• Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and adopt new software programs

Responsibilities

• Eliciting and converting product requirements into functional and technical specifications
• Creating prototypes and user flows
• Conducting research for product improvements
• Investigating the feasibility of product expansion options
• Assisting with the scoping and execution of epics and larger projects
• Communicating product changes effectively to various internal audiences
• Reviewing of requirement specs as well as assisting with the continuous growth of junior analysts through guidance and mentorship

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Figma or other prototyping tools will be to your advantage
