Summary

Reporting to the Director of Reporting and Analytics, you will build and maintain Tableau reports, write SQL queries, and ensure data quality. Requirements
- Individual must be a team-oriented self-starter with good problem-solving skills and ability to interact positively and successfully with all levels of the company
- Must be an expert at Microsoft Excel with exceptionally strong formula and data analytics skills
- Attention to detail and quality control are critical
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High energy level β willingness and desire to do what is needed to get the job done
- A bachelorβs degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a technology business, finance or sales/business operations environment required
- Background in Business Analysis providing insight to senior leadership
- 3+ Tableau or similar reporting software, including use of parameters, permissions, hierarchies
- 2+ years SQL. Queries, procedures, and basic database design
- Experience with million plus datasets
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Tableau reports
- SQL Query writing
- Take ownership of project requirements and timelines
- Advise management about business trends using strong analysis skills
- Monitor data quality for several data pipelines
- Become subject matter expert on point of sale, discount reserves, product performance and device activation
- Partner with Leadership, Sales, and Marketing to provide quality, actionable, and efficient reporting/analysis
- Stay current on product, internal/external partner, and distributor changes
