Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner

Summary

Join Accesa, a leading technology company, as a Business Analyst to work with a mixed Splunk development team. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their solutions and shape future developments. Act as a bridge between stakeholders and developers, ensuring effective communication. Manage the solution backlog, contribute to roadmaps, and define requirements. Analyze business contexts to define objectives and propose solutions. Manage daily tasks in JIRA, following Agile best practices. Oversee internal developer deliverables to ensure smooth project progress. This role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and Agile experience.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role, with hands-on expertise in Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban
• Ability to quickly grasp business contexts, software development lifecycle (SDLC), analyze needs effectively, and propose value-driven solutions
• Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow and JIRA to manage workflows and support Agile delivery
• Strong skills in communication, active listening, and managing relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Proven capability to handle client interactions independently, focusing on delivering business value
• Highly self-organized, adaptable to changing environments, and proactive in learning new tools or concepts
• Fluency in both German and English, spoken and written

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to understand the current solution and collaboratively shape future developments aligned with evolving business goals
• Act as a bridge between stakeholders and developers, ensuring transparent, structured communication and strong collaboration with client-side roles like service owners and operational contacts
• Prioritize and manage the solution backlog, contribute to the product and solution roadmaps, and propose clear implementation steps aligned with business objectives
• Define, deliver, and document both functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring traceability from concept to implementation while covering workflows, dependencies, and system interactions
• Analyze business and operational contexts to define clear objectives, recognize constraints, and identify feasible, value-driven solutions
• Manage daily task and change activities in JIRA, ensuring Agile best practices are followed, and coordinate with internal teams to maintain delivery cadence
• Take on SCRUM-like coordination duties, overseeing internal developer deliverables to ensure continuous, smooth project progress

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical background or exposure to Banking environments, Cybersecurity concepts, HTTP methods, SQL, Splunk or other SIEM tools
• ITIL Foundation, Agile or SCRUM certifications
