Summary

Join Headway and contribute to building a new mental healthcare system accessible to all. As a Senior Business Development Associate, you will be instrumental in accelerating health plan partnerships nationwide. This front-line role involves leading market analysis, conducting healthcare research to inform partnership strategies, and developing sales infrastructure. You will report to a Managing Principal and tackle complex analytical and operational challenges. The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of experience in consulting, banking, or a similar field, along with strong analytical and operational skills. Requirements

3+ years of experience in consulting, banking, or a similar role where you owned complex analytical and/or operational problems from end-to-end

Responsibilities

  • Lead market analysis that shapes our prioritization of markets and payer partners
  • Own healthcare research that will inform our health plan partnerships tact
  • Build out sales infrastructure that allows us to coordinate dozens of parallel efforts without breaking a sweat

  • Direct healthcare experience
