Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in business development or similar function
• 7+ years of experience developing strategic partnerships in fintech, banking, payments, and/or financial services
• Professional and technical knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency technology
• Exceptional leadership experience, as one of the senior business development leads on the team
• Excellent pipeline management and deal forecasting abilities

Responsibilities

• Build the ecosystem and develop strategic partnerships in Asia
• Own OKRs and be responsible for developing the partnership pipeline, qualifying partners, and closing deals with strategic and target partners
• Manage Circle’s top partners in the region and deliver exceptional account service
• Build a metrics-driven, high-velocity business that ensures long-term success for Circle and Circle’s partners
