Hike

📍Remote - India

Summary

Join Hike, a company revolutionizing gaming and tech, and become a key member of the CoS team. As an efficiency architect, you will leverage AI to streamline operations across India, US, and Web3/Token businesses. You will build tools to automate tasks, transform complex systems, and ensure initiatives move swiftly from ideation to impact. This role requires a systems-thinking approach, experience in high-growth startups, and proficiency in AI tools. You will be responsible for owning CEO initiatives, analyzing operations, automating processes, and building dashboards. Hike offers competitive compensation, global exposure, and the chance to be part of a transformative company.

Requirements

  • You think in systems, not tasks. 5-8 years of making complex things simple in high-growth startups
  • You see how A connects to B, which impacts C, and you can explain it to a five-year-old
  • You're moldable yet mature. No handholding. No rigidness. You can learn "our way" quickly and make it your own
  • You're a customer anthropologist. You don't just understand users; you can predict what they'll want before they know it. Same goes for internal users—you sense friction before it becomes a fire
  • AI is your co-pilot, not your crutch. You're already using ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, and tools that don't even have names yet. You build solutions while others are still writing requirements docs
  • You're intellectually honest. Deep thinking isn't about being smart—it's about being willing to be wrong and curious enough to find what's right
  • You execute like your life depends on it. You know the difference between motion and progress. Your bias is toward "done" not "perfect."
  • Data tells you stories. Not just what happened, but why it happened and what happens next. You know which metrics are lying to us
  • You're ego-free about scope. Strategic analysis in the morning, operational firefighting at noon, even handling diverse tasks outside traditional boundaries—it's all just work that needs doing
  • You're comfortable being uncomfortable. High agency means you don't wait for permission, you don't need hand-holding, and you definitely don’t do "that's not my job."

Responsibilities

  • Learn and replicate the "Hike Way" - Quickly internalize how the CoS operates and replicate that standard across everything you touch
  • Own CEO's Office initiatives end-to-end - When the CEO's Office hands you a project—new market entry planning, competitive intelligence, user churn mystery—you own it from insight to impact. You're the closer who ensures strategic initiatives actually ship, not die in decks
  • Become our business archaeologist - Dig into our India, US, and Web3 operations. Find the gold everyone else missed. Understand why things work (or don't) from the customer's perspective
  • Ship like clockwork - Turn brilliant insights into projects with names, owners, and deadlines. Run weekly burn-downs like a mission commander. Hit your dates 90%+ of the time because "almost shipped" is another way to say "failed." You're not just tracking progress—you're guaranteeing outcomes ⭐
  • Kill inefficiency with AI - Hunt down every process that takes 10 steps when it could take 2. If it's repetitive, it should be automated. Use AI and no-code tools to eliminate manual work—turning hours into minutes, complexity into simplicity
  • Create our mission control - Build dashboards that matter. Not vanity metrics—the stuff that tells us if we win or lose and why
  • Transform insights into impact - Turn deep analysis into shipped reality. Distill complexity into 1-page insights that drive decisions, then execute ruthlessly. Philosophy is great, but delivered outcomes are better. You're the bridge between "what if" and "it's done."
  • Build trust at scale - Be the person everyone wants to talk to, because you make their jobs easier and their teams more successful
  • Be the connective tissue - Different teams speak different languages. You'll be the translator, the bridge, the person who makes sure great ideas don't die in silos
  • Fight fires while preventing them - When shit hits the fan, you're calm under pressure. But you're also building the systems that prevent the next fire

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation
  • Exciting global exposure
  • A chance to be part of something truly transformative
