Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field with 5+ years experience
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to process and interpret complex data
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Ability to perform market research and analysis
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Highly motivated, with a strong desire to learn and develop in a business strategy function
• Excellent time management and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on the storage industry, market trends, and competitor analysis to provide insights that support strategic decision-making
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of business cases, market assessments, and strategic reports for senior leadership
• Analyze financial performance, operational metrics, and KPIs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Support the development of business strategies and operational plans for new product launches and market expansion
• Assist in gathering and analyzing customer feedback and industry data to help define key business drivers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product development to ensure alignment with business goals
• Track and evaluate the performance of implemented strategies and provide recommendations for optimization
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and provide analytical support to senior analysts and managers

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in business strategy, consulting, or related fields
• Familiarity with financial modeling and business analysis tools
• Understanding of strategic frameworks (SWOT, Porter’s Five Forces, PESTLE, etc.)
