Summary

Join Trace3 as a Senior Business Systems Analyst – AI Enablement and spearhead the implementation, integration, governance, and adoption of enterprise AI tools. You will act as both strategic program owner and execution lead, working cross-functionally to drive impactful AI-enabled transformation. Responsibilities include platform integration and ownership, managing roadmaps and integrations; leading the Tool Ambassador Program and developing training curricula; establishing AI governance frameworks; defining success metrics and KPIs; and acting as a technical evangelist, identifying pain points and developing AI-enabled workflows. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT or digital transformation, and proven experience managing AI-powered tools. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • A minimum of 5 years in enterprise IT, product ownership, or digital transformation
  • Proven experience managing or deploying AI-powered tools in a corporate environment
  • Strong understanding of enterprise integration, data security, and SaaS governance
  • Skilled in cross-functional stakeholder engagement, change management, and training enablement
  • Familiarity with tools such as Glean, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Responsive RFP, or similar
  • Experience with creating and managing enterprise system roadmaps and backlogs
  • Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and Agile project delivery
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data into business insight
  • Effective communicator—able to explain technical data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • The ability to drive change and influence cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the end-to-end owner for enterprise AI toolsets, managing their roadmaps, integrations, licensing, and user experiences
  • Translate adoption data, feedback, and performance metrics into actionable insights that inform future AI investments and feed into the IT roadmap priorities
  • Funnel validated AI use cases and emerging needs into the IT roadmaps, ensuring they are evaluated, prioritized, and funded appropriately
  • Lead evaluation and intake processes for new AI tools and innovations
  • Lead Agentic AI implementations to automate workflows and enhance team productivity
  • Create a cohesive AI tool strategy to reduce shadow AI use and align adoption with enterprise standards
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and business requirements in collaboration with IT and stakeholders
  • Lead the Tool Ambassador Program, training representatives from each department to champion usage, best practices, and feedback loops
  • Develop and deliver scalable training curricula for employees at all levels, ensuring teams have the knowledge and confidence to use AI tools effectively
  • Maintain up-to-date prompt libraries, user guides, and in-tool learning modules
  • Establish and maintain AI governance frameworks, including acceptable use, model behavior expectations, and data handling protocols
  • Collaborate with Security and Compliance teams to conduct security reviews, data vulnerability audits, and licensing controls
  • Ensure compliance with internal and industry standards on data access, retention, and transparency
  • Define success metrics and KPIs for AI tool performance, adoption, and business impact
  • Maintain a dynamic investment thesis and ensure tools continue to support evolving business goals
  • Deliver regular reports and dashboards showing ROI, investment rationale, and evolving business cases
  • Facilitate executive Steering Committees to ensure cross-functional alignment and continuous prioritization of initiatives
  • Act as a technical evangelist and enabler, staying ahead of AI trends and helping teams convert ideas into use cases
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify pain points and solution AI-enabled workflows that improve productivity and quality
  • Drive continuous enhancement of tool UIs, user journeys, and modular content to maintain relevance and ease of use
  • Support UI/UX configuration of tools and maintain internal assets such as prompt repositories and solution templates
