Senior CDI Analyst

Join Aledade as a Senior Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) Analyst and contribute to enhancing healthcare quality and reducing costs. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Health Care, or a related field (or equivalent experience) required
• 2-4 years of relevant experience required
• Experience using a variety of data management tools including but not limited to Tableau, Monday.com, Jira and other data management software
• Experience with Risk Adjustment metrics supporting documentation accuracy and diagnosis capture
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with a strong interest in quantitative analysis; comfortable working with large and complex data sets

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) and the CDI team with research, data analysis, and project management tasks
• Help prepare meeting materials that clarify complex topics and facilitate effective decision-making
• Analyze performance trends and indicators related to risk stratification across various practices and markets to inform business strategies
• Support the development and maintenance of analytical models that aid in risk stratification efforts, learning to educate stakeholders on their applications
• Collaborate with various teams, including risk stratification, product, business intelligence, and analytics, to identify opportunities for improvement and support business objectives

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in healthcare programs, project management, or related fields is a plus
• Familiarity with value-based care, accountable care organizations, or Medicare Advantage is a bonus
• Basic experience with Google Slides, with the ability to create engaging presentations and draft materials with guidance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to learn about stakeholder management
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and approach problems analytically
• Eagerness to learn project management and data analysis tools such as Monday.com and Tableau

Benefits

• $55,000 - $65,000 a year
• Salary Range: $55,000-$65,000 base + bonus + equity
• We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home within the US or be based from Bethesda, MD office
