Summary
Join Spring Health, a leading mental healthcare provider, as a Senior Channel Enablement Manager. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Enablement, you will design and execute an enablement program to exceed targets, collaborating with Channel and Payer teams. This full-time, remote position requires quarterly travel. You will create and deliver training, build relationships with partners, and ensure seamless project management. Requirements
- 4+ years of B2B, Partner Sales and/or Enablement experience
- Experience with SaaS sales, SaaS customer success roles, channel or payer sales roles, and/or consulting
- Working knowledge of Google Office Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, etc.) and Learning Management Systems (LMS) for blended learning
- Strong working knowledge of GTM sales motions and evergreen Enablement materials that can help sellers in real time situations
- Proactive approach to project management
- Experience developing creative solutions to complex problems
- Strong statistical and analytical skills
- Proven success with self-direction and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members
Responsibilities
- Create, update, and deliver training experiences that help our partners obtain the skills, resources, and tools they need to effectively sell and market our products and services
- Develop strong cross-functional relationships to clearly understand the needs of our partners and deliver solutions that address knowledge gap
- Provide partners with insights and training materials to fully understand GTM product value propositions, positioning and differentiation
- Communicate partner training program and strategies internally to drive alignment throughout the business
- Ensure constant communication, seamless project management and timely execution of each deliverable
- Continuously improve partner learning content based on feedback, product changes, and talk track changes
- Build unique and compelling sales tools, including market-facing presentations and internal training guides
- Create a proactive enablement approach based on channel and payer needs
- Support partner CACV new bookings target
- Partner satisfaction score of 3+ (on a 1-4 scale)
