Summary

Join Unity as an established sales professional with extensive experience in digital investment teams and programmatic trading desks. You will cultivate and elevate key brand relationships within major agency holding companies. Specifically, you will position Unity’s in-app mobile exchanges, crafting compelling packages for media buyers. This involves packaging app developers, audiences, and creatives, leveraging Unity’s data and optimization capabilities. The role demands strong communication, collaboration, and a proven track record in generating leads and closing deals within the digital media landscape. Relocation and visa sponsorship are not offered for this position.

Requirements

  • Be a team player working closely with key Unity sales planning, account management, and product stakeholders
  • 5+ years digital media sales experience (with proof of your sales abilities)
  • A network of strong relationships and an excellent reputation with key media agency and trading desk personnel
  • An advanced understanding of the programmatic ad marketplaces
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Demonstrable experience of generating leads and closing new business
  • Experience achieving goals and not fazed by targets or metrics

Responsibilities

  • Spot commercial opportunities, set up meetings with and present to key personnel and clients
  • Articulate the interplay between DSP and SSP clearly to generalist marketing audiences
  • Understand the restrictions that come with today’s different ad serving software and formats and be able to work collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders to solve for them
  • Have a good working knowledge of 3rd party ad measurement software
  • Understand and leverage the broader Unity value proposition, particularly around insight and data, to drive programmatic spend
  • Communicate clearly and precisely both internally and externally
  • Prioritize and deliver above and beyond your day-to-day role

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience programmatic and/or mobile sales experience
  • An exceptional communicator (written and verbal)
  • A great listener and detail oriented
  • Adtech guru - well-rounded experience and understanding of the ecosystem
  • Focused on accountability and not afraid of getting into the detail of the products and job to be done
  • Gregarious: enjoy being part of the media industry and building relationships with clients and agencies
  • A high-energy and passionate self-starter. You have strong analytical skills and are extremely comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment
  • A proactive problem solver. Proven ability to solve customer problems and technical issues, proactively creating solutions through cross-functional collaboration

Benefits

Gross pay salary $124,600 — $155,700 USD
