Senior Clinical Research Associate

Summary

Join PSI, a leading Contract Research Organization, as a Senior CRA and contribute to their full-scale challenging projects. This home-based position in Mexico offers the opportunity to develop your skills as a trainer, mentor, and leader. You will conduct and report on-site monitoring visits, participate in study startup, perform CRF review, and manage site communication. This role requires a college degree in Life Sciences, 3-4 years of independent on-site monitoring experience in Mexico, and proficiency in English and Spanish.

Requirements

• College/University degree in Life Sciences or an equivalent combination of education, training & experience
• 3 - 4 years of independent on-site monitoring experience in Mexico
• Experience in all types of monitoring visits in Phase II and/or III
• Availability to travel
• Full working proficiency in English and Spanish
• PC skills to be able to work with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to plan, deal with different tasks and work in a dynamic team environment
• Communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct and report all types of onsite monitoring visits
• Be involved in study startup (if applicable)
• Perform CRF review, source document verification and query resolution
• Be responsible for site communication and management
• Be a point of contact for in-house support services and vendors
• Communicate with internal project teams regarding study progress
• Participate in feasibility research
• Support regulatory team in preparing documents for study submissions

Experience in Oncology or Infectious Diseases
