Summary
Join Click Therapeutics, a leading innovator in Digital Therapeuticsโข, as a Cloud Engineer for a contract opportunity. You will be responsible for building and maintaining the cloud infrastructure that enables Click's digital therapeutics offerings, working with state-of-the-art technologies in a fast-paced environment. This role involves designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and documenting software, collaborating with engineers and stakeholders, and mentoring junior engineers. You will be working on REST and gRPC services, tools like CI/CD, and fundamental infrastructure like storage, message queues, networks, and containers.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software development experience
- Experience building, maintaining and optimizing cloud systems (e.g. AWS)
- Experience evaluating and identifying optimal cloud solutions
- Experience architecting cloud solutions, modifying and improving existing systems
- Cloud deployment, migration and monitoring
- Experience programming in Typescript/Python
- Experience leading production quality software projects
- Demonstrates thoughtful consideration of engineering tradeoffs to meet business timelines
- Kubernetes operational experience (e.g., AWS EKS Fargate)
- AWS experience on Application Load Balancer, RDS/Postgresql, DynamoDB, CodePipeline/CodeBuild, IAM, and Cloudformation
- GRPC and envoy-based service mesh
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and document software
- Discover, refine, and communicate requirements with engineers and stakeholders
- Improve overall product quality and usability iteratively
- Mentor new and junior engineers
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified AWS Solution Architect
- DevOps experience
- Infrastructure as Code (experience preferably AWS CDK or Terraform)
