Requirements

• Senior Cloud Platform Engineers who believe in the transformative power of education and technology
• Problem solvers with a can-do attitude, adept at navigating challenges both independently and collaboratively
• Extensive experience with Amazon Web Services with a focus on serverless architecture
• Experience with deploying and operating production environments with IaC, preferably terraform
• Some software development experience would be highly desirable
• Desire to work with other teams across the organisation to build an AWS community within Twinkl
• Passion for delivering top-notch, reliable platforms and finding simple solutions to complex problems

Responsibilities

• Implementing a greenfield platform to allow product teams to deploy their infrastructure and applications to AWS through CICD pipelines
• Playing a key role in evangelising AWS to the organisation, establishing and maintaining an AWS community and offering expertise wherever it’s required
• Designing and implementing simple solutions to complex problems
• Mentoring junior engineers
