Responsibilities

• Managing the end-to-end handling of third-party motor claims, ensuring efficient resolution
• Managing a portfolio of motor claims with a focus on large loss claims with an incurred value in excess of 50k
• Planning case level strategy including assessment of contractual status, liability/forensic investigations, claimant enquiries etc. The role will involve attendance at conferences, hearings and the like where required
• Handling complex litigation claims involving personal injury/credit hire and where required providing direction to more junior team members
• Assisting in both the development and enablement of know your opponent strategies at case level
• Providing training support within the team and sharing knowledge to support best outcomes at case level
