Summary
Join our team to support a public sector client on a transformational program focused on organizational development, executive leadership development, and capability building across the UK. This 12-month contract (starting September 2025) involves leading the design and delivery of executive leadership development programs, developing capability frameworks, partnering with senior stakeholders, providing coaching and mentoring, and creating knowledge products. The role requires proven experience in public sector organizational development and leadership development, strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, and excellent communication skills. Remote work is possible with potential on-site work in the UK. The program spans healthcare (NHS), social care, and central government.
Requirements
- Proven track record in organisational development, leadership development, and/or capability building within public sector environments
- Experience in NHS, social care, or UK central government transformation programmes
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills at executive and board level
- Familiarity with public sector governance, structures, and operational constraints
- Ability to design and deliver impactful learning interventions and organisational frameworks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality deliverables for both technical and non-technical audiences
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, delivery, and facilitation of executive leadership development programmes tailored to the public sector context
- Develop and implement organisation-wide capability frameworks aligned with strategic objectives
- Partner with senior stakeholders to diagnose organisational needs, recommend interventions, and ensure successful adoption of change
- Provide coaching and mentoring to executives and senior leaders, ensuring leadership pipelines are strengthened
- Contribute to the creation of knowledge products, tools, and frameworks for long-term capability building
- Support programme governance, reporting, and knowledge transfer to ensure sustainability of initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in consulting, executive coaching, or leadership advisory
- Relevant certifications in OD, change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP), or coaching (ICF, EMCC)
