Summary
Join DEPT® as a Medior/Senior Content & Comms Strategist and create impactful content strategies for diverse clients. You will develop and implement strategies across various channels, from web to social media, driving measurable results. Collaborate with brand strategists and creatives to bring brand stories to life, leveraging the latest media and technology. This role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree, at least 5 years of experience in content marketing or communications strategy, and fluency in Dutch and English. Requirements
- Have finished your HBO-/WO- education (Bachelors or Masters)
- Have at least 5 years of experience in a content marketing or comms strategy role, preferably at another (digital) agency
- Know how to go from consumer journey research to strategic comms frameworks
- Are fluent in both Dutch and English
- Are able to manage your own clients and present your own work
- Consistently know to ask the right question at the right moment
- Not afraid to make (on-the-spot) decisions
- Are ambitious, results-oriented and know how to plan and organise
Responsibilities
- Show clients how to present their audience with the best possible content across different channels of the customer journey
- Help clients achieve their business goals by planning and developing content tailored to engage their target audience effectively, driving measurable results such as increased brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversions
- Advise on the best creative angles to address and impress
- Collaborate with brand strategists on bringing brand stories to life by creating strong message frameworks
- Collaborate with creatives on creative concepts, keeping them updated on what's happening with media and technology so the work takes advantage of the latest & greatest
- Be a proud ambassador for clients like Bol, ING, Canva and many more!
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with direct reports / managing juniors a plus
- Know how and when to switch from serious to play
- Get excited about best-in-class creative communications
- Are a great storyteller
- Feel comfortable working with creatives, challenging and inspiring them
- Are always up-to-date with the latest innovations in the media landscape
